Found the identical cricket product for less from an established Indian retailer? Send us the competing offer before you order. If it meets the conditions below, we will aim to match or beat the verified total delivered price.

How to request a Price Promise

Email info@indiancricketstore.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 9557412469 with:

• the Indian Cricket Store product link;
• a working link to the competitor’s product;
• the exact size, colour, batting hand and quantity you need;
• your delivery PIN code; and
• a screenshot if the advertised price is temporary or difficult to verify.

Price Promise conditions

• The competing product must be identical, including brand, model, edition, material or willow grade, size, colour, batting hand and included accessories.
• The product must be brand new, genuine and available for immediate purchase from an established retailer serving India.
• The competitor must have the exact item and variant in stock when we verify the request.
• The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised in INR and available to the general public.
• We compare the total delivered price to your PIN code, including compulsory shipping, handling and other mandatory charges.
• The competing offer must be current and verifiable when we review it.
• Bank-specific cashback, credit-card rewards, wallet cashback, employee pricing, trade/wholesale pricing, loyalty-member pricing, subscription pricing, coupon-only pricing and personalised offers are excluded.
• Marketplace listings from unidentified or unauthorised third-party sellers, used goods, refurbished goods, damaged stock, ex-display items, auctions, liquidation or closing-down sales are excluded.
• Bundle, multi-buy and free-gift offers are excluded unless the complete bundle is identical.
• Obvious pricing errors, incorrect listings and products with materially different specifications are excluded.
• The Price Promise cannot normally be combined with another Indian Cricket Store promotional code, bundle discount or store credit.
• Requests must be submitted and approved before the Indian Cricket Store order is placed.
• Approved pricing is normally valid for 24 hours and remains subject to stock availability.
• We may limit an approved Price Promise to one unit per customer unless otherwise agreed.

What happens after you send it?

We will verify the competitor, exact product, stock status and delivered price. We may contact the retailer or ask for additional evidence if the offer is unclear.

If the request qualifies, we will provide the approved price or ordering instructions. Approval of one request does not guarantee future requests.

Consumer rights

This Price Promise is an additional store offer. It does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable Indian consumer law.
