Q. How do I place an order?
Simply add your products to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your payment securely. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and secure international payment gateways.
Q. Can I cancel my order?

Standard products: You may request cancellation if the order has not been dispatched.

Customised, pre-order, or bulk items: These cannot be cancelled once placed.
Shipping & Delivery
Q. How long will delivery take?

Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders may be dispatched from our warehouses in India, USA, or New Zealand depending on stock availability.
Q. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email to monitor the status of your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Q. Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return eligible items within 10 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and you have proof of purchase.
Q. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Q. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Q. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. You may choose a refund (excluding shipping charges) or store credit.
Warranty & Replacements
Q. Do cricket bats come with a warranty?
Yes, cricket bats are covered by a 2-month manufacturer warranty against genuine defects.
Q. What does the warranty not cover?

Misuse or improper knocking-in

Pricing & Promotions
Q. Are prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes, all prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes.
Q. Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes, bulk orders may be eligible for special pricing. Please contact us for details.

We operate from India with warehouses in Meerut and Punjab, and international fulfilment from select partner warehouses.
Q. What if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.
