We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we will make it right.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You may return products within 10 days of delivery, no questions asked, provided:
- The items are unused and in their original packaging
- You provide proof of purchase
You can opt for:
- A full refund (excluding shipping charges), or
- A store credit, which can be used on future purchases
Note: Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
EXCEPTIONS – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene and personalisation reasons, we do not accept returns for the following:
- Abdominal guards
- Clothing (e.g. undergarments, compression wear)
- Customised items (including bats that have been knocked in, stickered, engraved, or otherwise modified)
ORDER CANCELLATIONS (Pre-Order, Bulk, or Customised Products)
Orders for pre-order, bulk, or customised products cannot be cancelled once placed.
When you confirm and pay for your order, production begins immediately and materials are allocated. Hence, order cancellations are not permitted under these circumstances.
EXCEPTIONS (By Indian Cricket Store)
We may cancel an order due to:
- Unavailability of products
- Issues processing payment or shipping details
- Duplicate orders
You will be notified by email with the reason if your order is cancelled by us.
PERSONALISED ITEMS
Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are defective or have a genuine manufacturing fault.
RISK
All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Some items or services may carry additional terms and conditions. These must be read in conjunction with this policy.
PRICING POLICY
- All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors within 24 hours of discovery or order placement.
WARRANTY & REPLACEMENTS
- Warranty is provided for cricket bats for 2 months from the date of purchase, subject to manufacturer approval.
- Warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults only. It does not cover:
- Misuse
- Inadequate knocking-in
- Superficial cracks or wear from use
- Edge or toe damage
- Use against bowling machines
- Warranty will be voided if labels are removed or if the bat is used inappropriately.
Products returned under warranty:
- Must include original packaging and accessories
- Must be inspected before a replacement or credit is processed
- Must include proof of purchase
Note: Even bats knocked in by us may break. Final warranty approval is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer or distributor.
RETURN OF SALE ITEMS
- Full-priced items may be exchanged, credited, or refunded.
- Sale or clearance items are eligible for exchange or store credit only – no refunds will be offered.
If a refund is provided, original shipping charges (even if uncharged) will be deducted.
CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PROTECTION
We reserve the right to recover costs, including through a debt collection agency, if a chargeback is initiated fraudulently and the goods are not returned.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and images, but variations may occur due to manufacturer updates.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Orders may be shipped from warehouses in India, USA, or other international locations, depending on stock availability.
In case of a refund request, you must allow for the item to be delivered first, and then returned, before a refund is issued.
LEGAL RIGHTS – INDIA ONLY
This policy is governed by Indian law, and you may have rights under The Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These rights are not excluded or limited by any part of this policy unless the product is acquired for commercial use.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law:
- All warranties, express or implied, are excluded
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
